The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of analysing and documenting operational processes, and relating them back to data journeys. In the role you will work with the delivery teams to configure the Concerto CAFM platform to achieve business operation needs, within the technology environment.

Key skills

  • Good experience of the Concerto CAFM platform
  • 3 years commercial experience with SQL
  • The ability to work within MS SSRS environment 
  • Demonstrable understanding of business processing mapping 
  • Experience of property and asset management, specifically within a FM environment
  • Great communicants skill both internally and externally
  • Be both a tactical and strategic thinker, and be able to address short, mid and long term process and technical objective
