Leading technology-enabled facilities management and property services provider Bellrock has acquired Profile Consultancy Limited. Bellrock utilises disruptive software solutions that reduce cost, deliver compliance and remove risk.
Profile, based in Bedford and York is the UK’s leading service charge consultancy in the retail and leisure sector. Profile has an impressive track record of delivery, currently managing some £250 million service charges per annum, on behalf of its blue chip retail and leisure customers. Profile’s services add to the corporate occupier offering provided by Bellrock, following last year’s acquisition of Property Solutions. Together with Profile, Bellrock is now the leading independent provider of service charge management to corporate occupiers in the UK, making it the partner of choice for all tenant service charge requirements.
Following five successful add-on acquisitions in 2016, completed together with investor Lyceum Capital, this latest acquisition is the single biggest investment to reinforce Bellrock’s technology-driven facilities management and property management service offering. “Profile is a highly skilled professionally led property advisory business that will add to our capabilities in supporting all our client’s estate ambitions. Whether through property management, software support, FM service integration or full end to end management of your estate, we have an answer to deliver your needs” said David Smith, CEO, Bellrock. “Bellrock continues to lead the way in technology-enabled Property and Facilities management and the acquisition of Profile further enhances the group’s expanding Property Services offering. Bellrock has successfully integrated a number of strategic acquisitions, adding capabilities that have transformed the firm into an essential partner for commercial clients and their property needs. David and his team have achieved a tremendous amount in their efforts to build Bellrock into the market leader that it is today and we look forward to supporting the team in further acquisitions,” comments Adam Lewis, Investment Director, Lyceum Capital.
